While we are not a 24-hour dedicated emergency hospital, we are committed to accommodating urgent care and stabilizing pet emergencies during our regular business hours. If your dog or cat is experiencing a sudden illness, injury, or severe symptoms (like collapse, uncontrollable bleeding, or severe respiratory distress), please call our office immediately before arriving. This vital step allows our medical team to quickly triage the situation, prepare a room, and ensure we have the capacity to provide the necessary immediate life support and critical care—including in-house oxygen and continuous patient monitoring—to stabilize your pet until they can receive further treatment or, if necessary, be safely transferred.

Doctor’s hours: 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm
Wed, Sat: 8am-2pm

Recognizing a Pet Emergency

Pet emergencies are not always clearly evident. If you notice any of these signs, please contact us or a 24/7 emergency vet:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Disorientation or trouble walking straight
  • Collapse/unconsciousness
  • Suspected broken bones
  • Signs of extreme pain (whining, vocalizing, wincing when touched, etc.)
  • Excessive vomiting or diarrhea
  • Blood in vomit, stool, or urine
  • Struggle to urinate (particularly male cats)
